Augusto Ulderico Cicare was born on the 25th of May, 1937, in the city of Polvaredas, Saladillo Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
In 1958, he accomplished his dearest dream by building and flying his first helicopter, the Cicaré CH-1.
At the request of Juan Manuel Fangio, he designed and built a new four-strokes engine with 4-V cylinders, to be installed in DKW automobiles, using dented distribution belts for the first time in Argentina.
The CICARE CH-7 is an improved version of the CICARE CH-6, with better trustworthiness and performance.
In 1994, he developed the CICARE SVH-3 Helicopter Flight Simulator, which will revolutionize the training system in the entire world, because of its unique characteristics.
In November of 1998, Augusto Cicare entered with the flight simulator CICARE SVH-3 in the "Ladislao Jose Biro" competition, sponsored by the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) and by the Argentine Association of Inventors.
