Frank G. Hubbard, a member of AHS and Quad-A, was employed in the Rotary Wing Systems Analysis Division of the Lockheed- California Company. Prior to joining Lockheed in 1962, he was a regular Army Officer in the Corps of Engineers and the Transportation Corps for 22 years. He was a graduate of New York University.
Mr. Hubbard, 53, died 5 July 1968 at Indio Community Hospital Hospital, Indio, California of a sudden illness.
