John Marion Duhon, 78, a longtime member of AHS International and former engineer for Sikorsky Aircraft and later Bell Helicopter, passed away on February 18, 2010. Born in Bridgeport, Connecticut on April 13, 1931, he attended Fairfield University graduating in 1952 before joining the U.S. Navy. He served in the Korean War from 1952 to 1955. Following his Naval service, he worked at Sikorsky Aircraft from 1955 to 1959 in a variety of roles. He then moved to Texas to work for Bell Helicopter in engineering and marketing for the next 34 years before retiring in 1993. Following retirement, he continued to consult with Bell Helicopter and Conklin and Dedecker.
