Donald Williams, Jr. was a pioneer in commercial aviation for over forty years. Williams' career in commercial aviation spanned a wide spectrum of activities. He served as the New York Traffic Manager of Trans World Airlines; Assistant to the President of the predecessor company to Delta Airlines; Founder and President of Execuplane, an early executive helicopter service In metropolitan New York active in the sixties; President of Marineways, a hovercraft transportation facility; and most recently as Founder and Vice Chairman of Helicopter Associates, Inc., a charter helicopter service. He was a former Director of Kaman Helicopter Corp., a Director of the American Helicopter Society, and an officer of the Wings Club of New York.
