Hiller YOH-5A
Developed from the Hiller 1100, this was one of the three competing aircraft that underwent flight evaluation in the U.S. Army/Navy Light Observation Helicopter (LOH) competition. The aircraft was originally designated YHO-5A-UH before it was changed in 1962.
