With a compressed air start, the helicopter Tip-pulse jets produce 95 lb (43 kg) of static thrust each.  The base of the aircraft is a recycled base of the Sikorsky R-6A fuselage and there are two seats.  First flown in 1948, according to Michael Hirschberg in The American Helicopter.
